Jane Wakefield was a tech reporter at the BBC for two decades, covering every aspect of technology from broadband rollouts to hack attacks to AI. Her work on radio docs took her around the world, watching drone flights over Lake Victoria to interviewing a sex robot in San Diego.

She is now a freelance journalist, consultant, media trainer, conference moderator and podcast host - still all firmly on the topic of tech.
