Michelle Madsen is a UK-based freelance journalist, poet and theatre maker. She's an associate of the Centre for Investigative Journalism and writes for publications including Africa Confidential, The Independent and Private Eye. She wrote and presented My Fake News Whodunnit, broadcast on the BBC World Service in June 2020.
