Charles “Chuck” Randolph is the Chief Strategy Officer at 360 Privacy, bringing more than 30 years of experience across close protection, intelligence, and risk leadership. His work centers on how modern threats converge across digital, physical, and reputational domains—and how leaders can recognize and disrupt risk before it manifests.
In the private sector, Randolph has held senior security executive roles at Microsoft, Ontic, and AT-RISK International, where he led global risk management, executive protection, and intelligence programs for complex, high-exposure organizations. He is known for translating intelligence into decision advantage and helping leaders move from reactive security to proactive resilience.
A retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, Randolph earned recognition for valor during combat operations in Afghanistan and later led pioneering Information Operations initiatives that shaped how influence, perception, and threat intersect in modern conflict. That experience informs his perspective on today’s gray-zone environment, where online exposure and real-world violence increasingly overlap.
Randolph is deeply engaged in advancing the security and protective intelligence profession. He is a co-founder and past president of the International Protective Security Board (IPSB), Chairman Emeritus of the Corporate Protection Leadership Council (CPLC), a former board member of the Association of International Risk Intelligence Professionals (AIRIP), and past Chair of Sam Houston State University’s Critical Infrastructure Research Forum (CIRF). He is a frequent speaker and commentator and the co-author of the book The Protector’s Edge: Leadership Through Strategy and Action (Routledge / Taylor & Francis), which examines how modern protectors and risk leaders operate at the edge of uncertainty, consequence, and trust.
